Our programs are designed to meet players where they are and help them build confidence, skills, and a love of hockey.
Learn to Skate
Building confidence on the ice, one skate at a time!
Our Learn to Skate program introduces players to the basics of skating in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. Players work on balance, stopping, starting, turning, and moving confidently on the ice, while building the skills they need to progress into hockey.
Learn to Play
Learning the basics of hockey while having fun.
Once players are comfortable on their skates, Learn to Play introduces the fundamental skills of hockey. Players work on stick handling, passing, shooting, control, and other basic hockey skills, all while developing confidence and having fun on the ice.
Junior Ice Cats
Taking hockey skills to the next level!
The Junior Ice Cats program builds on the skills learned in Learn to Play and introduces more advanced hockey skills and gameplay concepts. Players develop their skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, positioning, and teamwork, while beginning to understand how those skills come together during gameplay.
Intermediate/Senior
Ice Cats
Putting skills into action and understanding the game!
Our Intermediate/Senior program focusses on gameplay, teamwork, and developing a complete understanding of hockey. Players continue to build their individual skills while learning positioning, passing, decision-making, team play, and how the different parts of the game work together.
